§ 10-77. Same—Funds raised and appropriated to be used to pay expenses.

All funds raised and appropriated pursuant to section 10-75 shall be budgeted and expended by the board of county commissioners exclusively for the purpose set forth in section 10-76 hereof, including, but not limited to, payments for office rent, furnishings, equipment, supplies, salaries, and all other usual customary expenses incurred in operating and maintaining a law office.
