§ 10-123. Private operation and maintenance.

Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Broward County is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with a private entity for the provision of the operation and maintenance of a county work release facility and the supervision of county work release program participants therein. Any such operation and maintenance by a private entity shall be by written contract.
