§ 11-67. Definitions.

The following words, phrases, and terms when used in this article shall have the indicated meanings:

Candidate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 106.011(3), Florida Statutes, as amended or renumbered.

Committee Member or Member means the Representative Members and Honorary Members of the Committee, as defined by Section 11-69(a) of the Broward County Code of Ordinances ("Code").

Election shall have the meaning set forth in Section 106.011(7), Florida Statutes, as amended or renumbered.

Ethical Campaign Practices Principles means those principles enumerated in Section 11-68 of the Code.

Political advertisement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 106.011(15), Florida Statutes, as amended or renumbered.

Political Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 106.011(16), Florida Statutes, as amended or renumbered.

Supermajority Vote means a vote requiring two-thirds (2/3) approval of Committee Members in attendance at any meeting.
