§ 15-207. Notice to rat-proof.

Upon receipt of a notice to rat-proof from the department, the owner and occupant of the building or structure affected shall jointly and/or individually take immediate action and rat-proof the affected premises. All rat-proofing shall be completed within the time specified in the notice, which in no event shall be less than ten (10) days. The owner and occupant of a building or structure shall be jointly and individually required to rat-proof when required to do so by the department.
