§ 15-210. Removal of rat-proofing prohibited.

Latest version.

No occupant, owner, contractor, public utility company employee, or any other person shall remove or cause to be removed the rat-proofing from any building or structure without replacing such rat-proofing in a satisfactory condition. No person shall make or cause to be made any openings in any building or structure required to be rat-proofed without rat-proofing said holes.
