§ 15-268. Medical Examiner Functions and Duties.

The Medical Examiner shall be responsible for the performance of all functions, duties, and obligations of the district medical examiner set forth in Chapter 406, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 11G, Florida Administrative Code, adopted herein by reference, and as may hereafter be amended.
