§ 1-216. Workmen's compensation excess coverage.

The purchase of workmen's compensation excess insurance by Broward County in an amount to be prescribed and to be determined by the board of county commissioners for the payment of claims, orders or judgments of any one employee of Broward County, is hereby authorized.
