The Broward County Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as the "commission")
finds it to be in the public interest to systematically and periodically review the
need for and the benefits derived from regulatory, adjustment and advisory boards,
development authorities, redevelopment authorities, and agencies (hereinafter referred
to as "boards, authorities and agencies"), which have been created or which may in
the future be created under authority of the Charter.
