§ 1-338. Trust assets.

All gifts, grants, and awards of money or property received hereunder from either public or private donors shall be placed in trust for and inure to the use and benefit of the Nancy J. Cotterman Center or any designated branch thereof, and its successors and assigns in interest. These funds shall be expended, utilized, and disbursed only for the use of the Nancy J. Cotterman Center to enable the center to administer sexual assault treatment services.
