§ 1-401. Expenditures.

Trust funds shall be expended solely in pursuance of the goals of the task force, which are as follows:

(a)

Function as a leadership group to address the issue of juvenile firesetting.

(b)

Create and sustain communication between municipalities, social services and fire and law authorities.

(c)

Develop outreach links for the appropriate handling of juvenile firesetters.

(d)

Collect and organize data relative to prototyping and demographics of juvenile firesetters.

(e)

Generate funding for fulfillment of task force goals.

Trust funds shall be expended only upon vote of the task force specifically authorizing each expenditure. No expenditure shall be made which violates a condition or restriction of any donation or grant. Trust funds unexpended at the end of any county fiscal year shall be carried forward to the next fiscal year.
