§ 1-531. Establishment of trust.

There is hereby created a Broward County Homeless Initiative Partnership Trust Fund Account ("Trust Fund") for the purpose of accepting and disbursing gifts and awards of money made to the Broward County Initiative Partnership Homeless Advisory Board ("homeless board") for homeless assistance programs, activities, and projects within Broward County.
