§ 20-176.9. Applicability.

This division shall constitute a uniform consumer code applicable in all the unincorporated and incorporated areas of Broward County, Florida, to the extent permitted by the Florida Constitution, article VIII, section 1 (1968) and the Charter of Broward County, Florida.
