§ 20-176.22. Maximum nonconsent rates.

Latest version.

Maximum and allowable rates for nonconsent towing and immobilization shall be established by resolution of the Board. Persons who provide services pursuant to the regulations provided herein shall not charge in excess of the maximum allowable rates established.
