§ 20-348. Transfer of license.

Latest version.

(a)

A licensee shall not transfer his or her license to another person, or thereby surrender possession, control, or operation of the licensed establishment to such other person.

(b)

A licensee shall not transfer his or her license to another location.

(c)

An attempted transfer of a license either directly or indirectly in violation of this section is hereby declared void, and in that event the license shall be deemed abandoned, and the license shall be forfeited.
