§ 20-502. Name and scope.

This article shall be known as the Broward County Open Video Systems Ordinance. It shall be applicable to all agreements for Open Video Systems issued, transferred, extended or renewed on or after the date this ordinance [Ord. No. 1999-14, passed April 13, 1999] is passed.
