§ 20-514. Rights to use easements and streets not warranted.

Latest version.
  • It is understood that there may from time to time be within the County various easements and streets which the County does not have the unqualified right to authorize Operator to use; therefore, in granting this use agreement, the County does not warrant or represent as to any particular easement, street, or portion of a street that it has the right to authorize Operator to install or maintain portions of its system therein, and in each case the burden and responsibility for making such determination in advance of the installation shall be upon the Operator.
