§ 20-516. Other agreements, permit and easement requirements.

The County shall not be required to assume any responsibility for the securing of any rights-of-way, easements, or other rights which may be required by the Operator for the installation of a system, nor shall the County be responsible for securing any permits or agreements with other persons or utilities.
