§ 27-12. Application for variance.

Application for a variance from any provision of this chapter shall be submitted to EPGMD. An application shall be completed and accompanied by the appropriate fee established by resolution of the Board. An application will not be accepted, if not accompanied by the appropriate fee. A completed application, at a minimum, shall include the following:

(1)

The sections of this chapter from which a variance is sought.

(2)

All relevant facts and reasons why the applicant believes the variance is justified based upon the criteria listed in section 27-13(f) of this chapter.

(3)

The length of time for which the variance is sought and the basis for requesting that particular length of time.
