§ 27-173. Documents incorporated by reference.
The following provisions of the Florida Administrative Code ("F.A.C."), as amended, are adopted and incorporated by reference into this article: Chapters 62-4 "Permits," 62-204 "Air Pollution Control - General Provisions," 62-210 "Stationary Sources - General Requirements," 62-212 "Stationary Sources - Preconstruction Review," 62-213 "Operation Permits for Major Sources of Air Pollution," 62-252 "Gasoline Vapor Control," 62-256 "Open Burning," 62-257 "Asbestos Program," 62-296 "Stationary Sources - Emission Standards," and 62-297 "Stationary Sources - Emissions Monitoring," and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection ("DEP"), "Guidelines for Evaluating the Air Quality Impact of Indirect Sources," as amended. References to any other chapters, sections or other provisions of the F.A.C. or of the United States Code ("U.S.C."), the Code of Federal Regulations ("C.F.R."), the Florida Statutes or the Broward County Code of Ordinances ("Code") include any amended and/or renumbered versions of such chapters, sections, or other provisions. To the extent of any conflict between the Code and any law or regulation incorporated herein, the more stringent provision shall control.
