§ 29-1. Sales of food, wares, etc., prohibited within three hundred feet of public schools.

It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale from a motor vehicle, motor-driven cycle, trailer, bicycle, tricycle, or on foot, upon the public streets, food of any kind, goods, wares or merchandise within three hundred (300) feet of any property line of a public school located in the county.
