§ 2-4. Compliance with federal regulations.

The Rules and Regulations promulgated in Chapter 2 herein shall in no way supersede or abrogate any federal regulations, including but not limited to, federal regulations relating to airport security, or Part 139 relating to Certification and Operations of Land Airports, as same may be amended from time to time.
