Chapter 3½. EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AND NONEMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

§ 3½-18. Rates.

(a)

All licensees and certificate holders shall provide the trauma management agency with a schedule of the rates that they charge for services rendered to patients as part of their application and when new rates are proposed.

(b)

All licensees and certificate holders shall itemize all amounts charged for services rendered when billing or notifying users of their services.
