§ 3½-21. Extensions to certificates and licenses.

Notwithstanding the requirement of the board to hold a public hearing to consider approval or denial of renewal certificates of public convenience and necessity and licenses for nonemergency medical transportation services, the county administrator is authorized to grant extensions to certificates and licenses for a definite period of time not to exceed sixty (60) days.
