§ 30-11. Insurance.

The board is authorized and empowered to provide insurance coverage against loss by fire, windstorm or otherwise on any of the improvements and facilities acquired for or constructed in any district and public liability insurance covering the operation of any of the improvements and the providing of any of the special services in any district as the board may deem advisable. The premiums for such insurance shall be payable from district funds made available under section 30-9 of this article.
