The title and rights of ownership of all property, both real and personal, monies,
uncollected taxes, dues, claims, judgments, decrees, choses in action, and all property
and property rights held or owned by the Broward County Erosion Prevention District
abolished by this article shall pass to and be vested in the Broward County Erosion
Prevention District created, organized and established under this article to succeed
the district abolished.
