  • In addition to and not in limitation of its power to provide for and adopt a plan of reclamation provided in section 30-326 herein and under Chapter 298, F.S., and amendments thereto, the board may at any time and from time to time adopt, revoke or modify in whole or in part, any plan of reclamation or any plan providing for the drainage of lands within the district, and may provide for such new and additional drainage facilities, canals, ditches, levees and other works as the board may determine. In connection with the revision of any plan of reclamation or the providing of any new or additional drainage facilities, canals, ditches, levees or other works, or in the event the total taxes and assessments theretofore levied or the funds derived from the sale of bonds are insufficient to pay the cost of any drainage works, benefits may be reassessed, additional assessments made and taxes levied in accordance with the procedures provided in this article or in Chapter 298, F.S. The board may at any time approve and make effective technical changes or modifications in any plan of reclamation or drainage not affecting assessed benefits, levy of taxes or the security of bondholders.
