§ 30-357. Mandatory use of certain district facilities and services.

The district may require all lands, buildings and premises, and all persons, firms and corporations within the district to use the drainage, reclamation and water and sewer facilities of the district. Subject to such exceptions as may be provided by the resolutions, rules or bylaws of the board, and subject to the terms and provisions of any resolution authorizing any bonds and agreements with bondholders, no drainage and reclamation or water and sewer facilities shall be constructed or operated within the district unless the board gives its consent thereto and approves the plans and specifications therefor.
