§ 30-360. Agreements with state commissions and others.

The board shall have the power to retain and enter into agreements with fiscal agents, financial advisors, state commissions, engineers and other consultants or advisors with respect to the issuance and sale of any bonds, and the cost and expense thereof may be treated as part of the cost and expense of such project. Upon request of the board any state commission may provide such technical assistance or other services relating to bond issues as may be necessary or desirable under the circumstances.
