§ 30-364. Discontinuance of service.

  • In the event that the fees, rentals or other charges for the services and facilities of any project are not paid when due, the board shall have the power to discontinue and shut off the same until such fees, rentals or other charges, including interest, penalties and charges for the shutting off and discontinuance and the restoration of such services and facilities, are fully paid, and for such purposes may enter on any lands, waters and premises of any person, firm, corporation or body, public or private, within or without the district limits. Such delinquent fees, rentals or other charges, together with interest, penalties and charges for the shutting off and discontinuance and the restoration of such services and facilities, and the reasonable attorney's fees and other expenses, may be recovered by the district, [which] may also enforce payment of such delinquent fees, rentals or other charges by any other lawful method of enforcement.
