§ 30-245. Appointment and duties of district manager.

For the purpose of preserving and maintaining any facility constructed or erected under the provisions of this act [article] or under the provisions of 298, F.S., and for maintaining and operating the equipment owned by the district and such other duties as may be prescribed by the board, the board may employ and fix the compensation of a district manager who shall have charge and supervision of the works of the district.
