The Board of Commissioners of said Hillsboro Inlet District is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed annually to levy upon all the real taxable property in said
district a sufficient tax necessary for the purposes and needs of said district incurred
in the exercise of the powers and purposes herein granted; provided, however, the
amount of the tax levied shall not exceed, in any event, one-half of one (1) mill
on the assessed valuation of such real property so taxed.
