§ 30-265. Purchases; competitive bidding.
(1)
All purchases of supplies, equipment, and materials for use in the operation and maintenance of said district in excess of $2,500.00, shall be approved by the Board of Commissioners of the Hillsboro Inlet District after competitive conditions shall have been maintained and competitive bids or price quotations sought from at least three (3) different sources of supply.
