The proceedings had in the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida, in the cause
styled "In re Old Plantation Water Control District," wherein decree was entered on
November 19, 1946, creating said Old Plantation Water Control District as a drainage
district under Chapter 298, F.S., known as the General Drainage Law, be and the same
are hereby validated, ratified, approved and confirmed.
