§ 30-383. Legislative findings.

  • It is hereby determined, declared and enacted that the lands described in this article in their present condition are wet and subject to overflow, and that the drainage, reclamation and protection of said lands from the effects of water, thereby making said lands available for agricultural purposes by drainage, reclamation and improvement, are in the interest of and conducive to public welfare, health and convenience, and that said lands and all of the lands in the district will be benefited by drainage, reclamation and protection.
