All of the proceedings taken for the establishment and organization of said Old Plantation
Water Control District since the creation thereof, including the election and organization
of its Board of Supervisors, and all of the acts and proceedings of its Board of Supervisors,
including the levy of the uniform acreage tax, as provided for by § 298.29, F.S.,
by said Board of Supervisors, for and on behalf of said District, upon the taxable
property located within said District, be and they are each and every, and each and
every part thereof, ratified, approved and confirmed.
