§ 30-387. Report of commissioners, etc., validated.

The appointment of the commissioners in said Chancery Case No. 11,878, in the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida, on August 15, 1947, their Report filed in said cause on July 1, 1948, assessing benefits and damages to result from said plan of reclamation, and the approval of said report by aforesaid court in said cause on August 4, 1948, are hereby validated, ratified and confirmed. It is hereby found and declared that the respective lands in said district will be benefited in the respective amounts shown in said commissioner's report.
