Article X. OLD PLANTATION WATER CONTROL DISTRICT |
§ 30-393. Investment of sinking fund.
The said board of supervisors is hereby authorized and empowered to invest moneys belonging to the sinking fund authorized by section 30-392 of this article in bonds or other obligations of the United States. Said board is hereby authorized and empowered, for the purpose of paying the said bonds issued under the provisions of this article, and when in the judgment of the board of supervisors it is to the best interests of the district, to sell and dispose of any securities in which the said sinking fund may be invested and to reinvest the proceeds thereof from time to time in conformity with the provisions of this article, as it shall deem expedient.
