§ 30-398. Use of bonds in payment of taxes not authorized.

The provisions of §§ 298.43, 298.44, 298.73, F.S., and amendments and successors thereof, relating to the use of bonds and obligations in payment of drainage taxes, shall not be applicable to said district and its bonds, obligations and taxes.
