§ 30-454. Same—Special subdistricts permitted.

  • After notice and a public hearing, the board of county commissioners may, by resolution, create within the municipal service district or unit, subdistricts or subunits to provide municipal-type services to designated areas. The board of county commissioners shall have the power within such subdistricts or subunits, to levy special taxes or special assessments to provide the desired services within.
