§ 30-457. Same—Definitions.

For purposes of this special assessment, these words and phrases shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

(a)

Collection Services: Collection and disposal of garbage and trash and the collection of recyclable materials.

(b)

Multifamily Residential Unit: One (1) residential living unit of a multifamily unit and one (1) mobile home unit not classified as a residential unit.

(c)

Multifamily Unit: A dwelling in which there are ten (10) or more multifamily residential units.

(d)

Residential Unit: One (1) single-family dwelling or one (1) multifamily residential unit in a multifamily unit having less than ten (10) multifamily residential units. Residential units shall include the following types, together with the land user codes employed by the Broward County Property Appraiser:

(e)

Commercial Collection Service: Collection and disposal of "Commercial Solid Waste" from commercial and industrial establishments, "Multifamily Dwellings," "Condominiums," and mobile home parks, as designated by the Broward County Property Appraiser, and all roll-off container service, including such service provided to construction sites.
