§ 30-564. Powers.

  • (a)

    The board of county commissioners of Broward County, Florida, shall have all powers and duties [of] the governing body as set forth and provided for in chapter 36 of the Broward County Code, as amended, including, but not limited to, the power to levy ad valorem taxes within the district upon approval by a vote of the electors within said district.

    (b)

    The district advisory board shall have all powers and duties as set forth and provided for in chapter 36 of the Broward County Code, as amended.
