In the event the fees, rentals or other charges for any of the facilities or services
of the district are not paid when due, the board shall have the power, under such
reasonable rules and regulations as the board may adopt, to discontinue services until
such fees, rentals or other charges, including interest, penalties and charges for
the shutting off and discontinuance and the restoration of services, are fully paid;
and for such purposes the board may enter on any lands, waters or premises of any
persons, firm, corporation or body, public or private, within the district limits.
Such delinquent fees, rentals or other charges, together with interest, penalties
and charges for discontinuance and the restoration of such services and facilities
and reasonable attorney's fees and other expenses, may be recovered by the district,
which may also enforce payment of such delinquent fees, rentals or other charges by
any other lawful method of enforcement.
