§ 31-38. Partial, installment payments.

The board is authorized to accept the special assessment payments provided for herein in partial or installment payments; provided that the total assessment shall be fully paid within two (2) years from the date the board adopts the resolution, provided for in section 31-34 herein, levying the special assessment.
