§ 31-54. Subsurface drainage area or facility reconstructed or repaired contrary to this division.

Any subsurface drainage area or facility maintained or repaired or maintained and repaired contrary to this division may be so condemned by the board and ordered maintained or repaired or maintained and repaired in accordance with the procedures outlined in section 31-53.
