§ 31-68. Definition.

Limited-Access Highway: A multilane divided highway with vehicular access limited to specified interchanges except those designated as part of the Interstate Highway or Federal-Aid Primary Highway System as defined in Chapter 479, F.S., and except those highways open to vehicular traffic prior to the effective date of this article.
