Chapter 35. WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS

§ 35-2. Water conservation plans may be established in districts.

The board of commissioners of each such water conservation district shall have power and authority to establish, install and put into operation such water conservation plans, measures and facilities as may be necessary or appropriate for the preservation, conservation and use of the water resources of the area served by such water conservation district.
