§ 37-1. Authority of county to enforce standards prescribed by state law.

The Board of County Commissioners of Broward County is hereby authorized within the unincorporated areas of Broward County to enforce the standards of weights and measures adopted by and in force in the State of Florida under Chapter 531, F.S.
