§ 39-223. Combined off-street parking.

Nothing in this article shall be construed to prevent collective provision for, or joint use of, off-street parking facilities for two or more buildings or uses by 2 or more owners or operations, provided that the total of such parking spaces when combined or used together shall not be less than the sum of the requirements of the several individual uses computed separately in accordance with this article. In such cases, a recorded agreement shall be executed in the same manner as provided for in section 39-217(a).
