§ 39-359.8. Appeals and variances to hearing officer.

The Broward County hearing officer, in accordance with Article V, shall have the authority and will exercise the following powers pursuant to this article:

(1)

To hear and decide appeals from any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Department in the enforcement of this article; and

(2)

To hear and decide applications for variances as provided in Section 39-359.6.
