§ 39-367. Height.

  • Maximum height of buildings and structures, excluding farm buildings and structures on portions of plots occupied by a farm in A-3 zoning districts, shall be as follows, and as specified in section 39-103, "exclusions from height limits."

    (a)

    No building or structure located within two hundred (200) feet of any plot zoned for detached one-family dwellings, two-family dwellings or townhouses shall be constructed to a height exceeding two (2) stories.

    (b)

    A building or structure may be constructed to a height of four (4) stories, provided the building is located more than two hundred (200) feet from any plot zoned for detached one-family dwellings, two-family dwellings or townhouses.

    (c)

    A building or structure may be constructed to a height of ten (10) stories, provided the building is located more than five hundred (500) feet from any residentially zoned plot.
